Our Story

Our urgent care opened in 2012 with a clear vision: to provide our community with fast, affordable, quality medical care. Founded by family practice physician Leonard Jurkowski, M.D., and registered nurse Anne Jurkowski, R.N., the clinic was created in response to the challenges patients often faced when seeking timely care for unexpected illness or injury.

After years of caring for families in primary care, the Jurkowski’s saw a need for a trusted place where patients could receive same-day care without long waits, rushed visits, emergency room costs, or the impersonal feel of large healthcare systems. With that purpose, they opened a locally owned, physician-led urgent care center committed to treating every patient like a neighbor, not a number.

From the beginning, our mission has reflected the values of family medicine: listening carefully, caring for the whole person, and providing compassionate treatment. What began as a small practice has grown into trusted local urgent care clinics serving thousands of patients, while our commitment to warmth, integrity, and personal attention remains unchanged.
